Alex’s teaching style is fun and naturally flowing. She combines her knowledge of anatomy and the breath to create a safe space to practice in and give her students the opportunity to explore the mental and the physical aspects of Yoga.
“I enjoy creating a balance of calmness and power when I teach and I allow my dance background to influence my classes in part. I want my students to leave feeling energised and happy!”
Alex’s sessions include emphasis on breath, energy, flow, anatomy, alignment and relaxation; postures which will invigorate the physical and mental being, leaving you with a general sense of change, growth and wellness.

Fitness Teacher - Vassiliki
Hi! I’m Goda - Holistic Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and certified Yoga Teacher.
My biggest passion and purpose is to share possibilities of healing and self-discovery through conscious movement, breath & touch, acceptance, embodied awareness & self-care.
I was born & raised in Lithuania, although I have lived in the UK for over 9 years where I studied and worked in care, mental health/disability as well as taught Fitness, Movement and Yoga.
Making my way through life trying to understand my own journey of trauma and all that comes with it, I’ve started to incorporate all aspects of disciplined training and Yoga into my daily routine and found out that I’ve received the most important gift of life – the most effective tool to heal, both mentally and physically.
As I continued to work in the Mental Health sector as well as being a PT, I’ve felt that my purpose has started to reveal itself and since April ‘20, I have been travelling and working in Montenegro, Croatia, Greece, Serbia, Lithuania and Bulgaria, teaching all aspects of Fitness, Yoga and Movement in camps, on beaches, mountains.
I recently completed 126hrs of intensive Thai Massage training and this has been... simply put, life-changing, both personally and as a tool to introduce to others. Last year I completed an extensive Anatomy course and got certified to teach Yin Yoga as well. I added a Classic Massage qualification to my list and completed Thai Massage levels 4 & 5 earlier this year.
My core values are compassion, cooperation, accountability, dedication and integrity that I live by and bring to my classes, practice, one-to-one coaching and treatments. I emphasize individuality, inclusivity & accessibility in all that I offer and look forward to working with you on your fitness journey this summer!

Yoga Teacher - Vassiliki
I’ve always been a free spirit and have been travelling around the world for the last 9 years to experience different cultures, broaden my horizon and follow my hospitality career. About 4 years ago in New Zealand Yoga came into my life when I needed it the most and it has given me a whole new quality of physical and mental well-being.
Yoga became part of my daily routine after years of self-practice: helping me grow, heal and connect to myself on a deeper level of self-love and understanding. I caught my passion and love for teaching on my spiritual journey while living in Costa Rica and got certified at the magical lake of Atitlan in Guatemala with a RYT 200hr training. This experience has truly changed my perspective and I have been following my calling ever since.
I love to be creative with my classes and workshops which include pranayama, mindfulness, spirituality, alignment and fun free movement exercises to allow everyone to intuitively connect to their unique body and mind. My specialties are Yin & Yang, Hatha and different styles of Vinyasa flow, like power and intuitive Vinyasa. I also enjoy guiding restorative meditations and journeys to balance the flow with stillness.
My goal as a teacher is to help my students connect with their body and soul on a deeper energetic level, to pass on the practice of mindfulness and to have everyone leave their class feeling happy, liberated and empowered.
Stefanie Foerster will be available from 30th April
to 2nd October
Pilates and Barre Teacher - Vassiliki
Aoife is a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor and a 200hr RYT with My Vinyasa Practice and has been teaching regular classes with Pilates Scotland, Norton House Hotel & Spa and The Yoga Transformative.
A recent graduate of Performing Arts Studio Scotland, Aoife completed her BA in Dance and Drama. During her studies she trained in the aerial arts with Aerial at Edinburgh College and Tribe Fitness Dublin. Aoife also had the opportunity to perform alongside All or Nothing Aerial Dance Theatre in the Paisley Halloween Festival in 2019 and at the Hidden Door Festival with Cirqulation Cabaret 6.2 with Delighters Theatre in 2021.
One of Aoife’s biggest passions is correct alignment both physically and mentally. She believes that creating links between the mind and body can benefit your everyday life in the smallest but most effective ways. Incorporating her knowledge of dance and yoga, her Pilates/ Barre classes create a practice focused on strength, elongation and alignment. She is a firm believer that movement creates movement and hopes to inspire that in others. Aoife is super excited to be a part of the Healthy Options team this summer!
